Energy storage capacity: Indicates the amount of electrical energy that can be stored by the energy storage system, usually in kilowatt-hours (kWh). The energy storage capacity determines how long the system can supply power.
Charge and discharge efficiency: indicates the energy conversion efficiency of the energy storage system during the charging and discharging of electric energy, usually expressed as a percentage (%). Efficient energy storage systems can minimize energy loss.
Energy storage cycle life: indicates the service life of the energy storage system after a certain number of charge and discharge cycles. Cycle life is an important index to measure the life of energy storage system.
Design Life Of Solar Power System

In a set of solar power system, the service life of each equipment will be different, the following is the expected life of some common equipment:
Solar panels: The general design life of solar panels is about 25 years, but the actual life is affected by many factors, such as climate, use environment, maintenance, etc., may be shortened.
Inverter: The design life of the general inverter is about 10 years, but it is also affected by the use of the environment, load size and other factors.
Energy storage battery: different kinds of energy storage battery life is different, for example, the design life of lead-acid battery is generally 5-10 years, and the design life of lithium-ion battery can reach 10-15 years or even longer.
Controller: The general controller design life is about 5-10 years.
